This text is prepared by Hayat Holding A.Ş. (“Hayat ” or the “company") in the capacity of data controller within the scope of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation with the Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (Law).

The purpose of this policy is to inform you about the processing of personal data obtained automatically through the placement of cookies used on our website on your device, for which purposes, which types of cookies we use, the legal reason and your rights.

Only first-party persistent cookies and mandatory cookies are used on our website as absolutely necessary for the provision of the service.

Types of Cookies

Types of cookies according to duration of use: The persistent cookie is not deleted when the internet browser is closed and is deleted spontaneously on a certain date or after a certain time period. In this context, permanent cookies are used on our website according to the usage periods.

First-party and third-party cookies: First-party cookies are placed directly by the website that the user is visiting, that is, by the address shown in the browser's address bar. Third-party cookies, on the other hand, are placed by a different domain other than the address visited by the user. Within this framework, only first-party cookies are used on our website.

Types of cookies according to their purpose of use: Cookies may be used for strictly necessary, functional or advertising/marketing purposes according to their intended use. Within this framework, cookies are used that are absolutely necessary in order to provide the information community services that you have explicitly requested on our website. In this context, completely anonymously;

a) to distinguish users (_ga- stored for 2 years) the cookie;
b) to make the session status permanent (_ga_<container-id>- stored for 2 years) the cookie;
c) the first-party persistent cookie named cookiepolicy_status (stored for 1 year) for the purpose of confirming that the cookie illumination text has been read

Your personal data is processed by associating it with your IP information. Your personal data in question are not transferred to other data controllers.

In question No. 6698 on protection of personal data the processing of personal data through Cookies in the 5th article of the law of the second paragraph of clause (F) of clause “under the relevant person to harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of data with obligatory for the legitimate interests of the principal record of data processing” processing conditions are unbearable.

Requests of Relevant Persons

Persons whose personal data are processed through the cookies used on our website, submit their requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law with a petition to Mahir İz Cad. No:25 (34662) Altunizade, Üsküdar / Istanbul-Turkey by hand in person, with the recipient being “HAYAT KVKK”, or you can send it via registered mail with return receipt or via notary public. In addition, you can forward it to Hayatkvkk@hayat.com.tr using the e-mail address you have previously notified to our Company and registered in our systems.
